A gift from a duck
I subscribe to a daily nature video that today featured three mallard ducks floating placidly on a lake in the rain. Suddenly, one upended himself. Then the second did it, and then the third, and then there were three duck butts in the air. Taj Mahal said, if you ain’t scared, you ain’t right. I say, if you think the universe never gentles itself to offer you a smile, you ain’t right.
