A Lovely Summer Dinner

This is what August is for!

I don’t work for Trader Joe’s, honest I don’t. But I have to tell you, I tried their Glazed Vanilla Bean Scones the other night, because I didn’t have time to make my own shortcake, and I thought they might make a good substitute. And boy, did they!

I have a habit of walking down the street and wondering what everybody’s having for dinner. I wish I could ask. Sometimes I do ask my girlfriends what they are making for dinner, and then I copy them. In that spirit of sharing and camaraderie, I would like to offer you an idea for a lovely summer dinner.
