See this image? This is me, if I were blonde and beautiful and young, and had a very neat desk, and was limber enough to sit in the way that this woman is sitting. I guess the take-away, what I’m trying to communicate to you, is: Look at the blank screen. See that blank screen? That woman is writing nothing. And I am not far behind her: Lately, I call it a good day if I manage to write a return address on an envelope. Thank goodness there’s the comfort of knowing I have a new novel coming out in March. It’s called LIFE: A LOVE STORY. You can read about it on Amazon, if you want to. We almost have a jacket for it, but not quite. I’ll share the jacket with you here as soon as it’s final.
But here’s the thing. I want to apologize for not keeping up my end of an implied bargain by not posting here at least once a week. The truth is, I feel like a flattened bicycle tire with no pump in sight. This is because of a couple things. One is obvious: the political climate. The other is something a little more complicated.
